Gabriel Prokofiev & Messerkvartetten

Acoustic and electrical merge together as the London-based, young composer and DJ Gabriel Prokofiev (b.1975) meets the electrical Messerkvartetten. Gabriel Prokofiev (grandson of Sergei Prokofiev) is known for his experimental musical performances, in which he works by combining classical music with the clubbing scene, and he is also founder of the legendary non-classical concert format, which attracts full house on the London-scene. This night there will be premiere on three new works by Prokofiev, all of which have never before been performed on purely electrical instruments. Along the way Gabriel Prokofiev will take over with a DJ-set.
